P. John Wickser, Board Member
Mr. Wickser, principal owner and investor of Amalfi Capital Partners, LLC, has 30 years of diverse experience in real estate acquisitions, asset management, and fund management as a principal and as an advisor in over $15 billion of real estate in the US and Europe. Most recently served as President of Advisory at Watt Companies where he spearheaded a successful $10 billion investment program with a prominent Australian joint venture relationship. Prior to joining Watt in 2003, Mr. Wickser served as a Managing Principal of a real estate private equity fund sponsored by International Nederlanden Groep (ING) with over $3 Billion in real estate investments and, before that, he Co-headed the London office of Citicorp’s Real Estate Investment Bank. Mr. Wickser has served as Board Member of the UCLA Extension Real Estate Finance & Investment Conference and City of Hope Cancer Center Real Estate and Construction Industry Council and a member of ULI, ICSC, and REIAC. Mr. Wickser holds a BA degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia University Business School.
Robert D. May, Board Member
Mr. May’s, Founding Partner – Avenida Partners, LLC / Province Group / Trebor Holdings.
His direct experience in land development, entitlement, and construction when combined with his sales and marketing expertise provides sound, field-proven management. Since 1976 Mr. May has managed the development, repositioning, construction and marketing of several significant real estate developments in many of the major markets in the Western United States. He has also managed operating divisions and held senior corporate management positions for a high-end publicly traded homebuilder and has had full charge responsibility for closely held entry-level building companies. Mr. May is a graduate of the University of Southern California (1976) and has served on the Building Industry Association Board of Directors. He holds a California General Building Contractors license and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
William H. Tucker, Board Member
Mr. Tucker, Retired President –American Land Fund, of two residential real estate private equity Funds with invested assets of $240 million. Responsible for underwriting a pool of more than 500 properties, in order to ultimately purchase 15 projects throughout the U.S. from Florida to Idaho. Managed Fund operations relating to each project, including acquisition, due diligence, structuring managing partnerships, planning, engineering interface, entitlements, and marketing. Mr. Tucker holds a BA with honors from Duke University and an MBA from University of Chicago.
Alberto Villoldo, Ph.D., Board Member
Dr. Villoldo, the author of numerous best-selling books, is a psychologist and medical anthropologist. He received his master’s in Psychology (1972), and a doctorate in psychology at the Humanistic Psychology Institute. While at San Francisco State University, he founded the Biological Self-Regulation Laboratory to study how the mind creates psychosomatic health and disease. Dr. Villoldo, founder of The Four Winds Society, where he instructs individuals throughout the world in the practice of energy medicine.
