New Endeavors

A confluence of events in land development and capital markets has created the greatest opportunity in generations to conserve the land and retain a realistic residual entitlement. Billions of dollars in raw land is now available to be undeveloped. Millions of acres are ready to be conserved. A perfect alignment is taking place. This is how we build our Legacy. And this is how we honor our future.

The Earthkeeper Alliance has been retained to create a conservation undevelopment strategy on the 16,456 acre Ka’u Kona Ranch on the Big Island of Hawaii. The property encompasses over 4.5 miles of ocean frontage. It’s home to the largest historical indigenous cultural site in all of the South Pacific. The vast majority will be set aside for conservation and the heritage will be preserved. It’s home to several species of rare wildlife.
